Warranty period:
One year
Warranty coverage:
For products under warranty, which takes effect one year from the date of purchase, VOSHAS will repair or replace any product with manufacturing defects, free of charge. Products damaged by irresistible force or human factors are not covered in the warranty.
 
Lifetime maintenance :
VOSHAS will provide paid repair service for damaged products after the warranty period ends.
Before repair submission:
1. Before submitting a product for repairing by mail or in person, please contact the retailer where you purchased the item or VOSHAS directly, or email our customer service department a photo of the damaged component at cs@voshas.com. VOSHAS will contact you promptly and let you know whether the damaged product is repairable.
2. Please present your original warranty card .
How to submit for repair:
1. In person: please bring along your original warranty card and well-packaged product (original packing box or jewelry box preferred) when you come to VOSHAS for product repair.
2. Please present your original warranty card.
